Any work requested outside the approved scope may result in additional charges.

Delays in providing required information may affect project timelines.

Project delivery methods vary depending on the project and may include:

The delivery method will be communicated before project completion.

Upon receiving full payment:

• Ownership of the final approved deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified.

• Any third-party software, fonts, templates, plugins, or licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

Lura Digital Solutions respects client confidentiality.

Completed projects will not be displayed in our portfolio, website, or social media without the client's prior permission.

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

As project work involves significant time and resources, refunds may not be available once development or production has commenced.
